ADD-NI set up a Youth Committee to give voice to young people who live with the condition in Northern Ireland. There are ten members, aged between 16-25 years old, who are involved in peer mentoring, are given the opportunity to take part in ADD-NI’s Young People’s Group Intervention programmes and action their ideas on how to assist their peers for example create information leaflets.
Young People who complete an ADD-NI Group Intervention Programme are given the opportunity to become a member of the ADD-NI Youth Committee.
